A Note on NYS Home Processor Registration
Cabinet Thirty-One received approval for NYS Home Processor Registration on 6/4/2024. What does this mean? I bake out of my 100% vegan home kitchen and can only make certain items to maintain this status (e.g., nothing that requires refrigeration, double-crusted fruit pies only, etc). I’m also required to list all ingredients on each item, and the items are packaged in the home kitchen before being brought to the pop-up, your home, or wherever they’re headed. We would love to someday grow & have a commercial kitchen (what a dream!) but for now this is what we’re working with. Questions? Please let me know. 💜
